Customers are requested to pack products properly while sending it to us for any purpose. Any damage to products while sending it to us is customer responsibility and the cost will be handled by customers.
We only replace items if there is/are any manufacturing defects.

After confirmation, you can send your item to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To be eligible for return, If you get any defective or wrong product then only you can ask for an equivalent exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credited in your bank account in 3-4 working day.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. A cost of rs 100 will be credited to your account for shipping a defected product back to us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
